Here at The Wellness Co. our mission is to combine western medicine with holistic healing principles, where we are able to help each client improve their health in a way that is specific to their own needs and wants.

We are a team of nurses, striving to make an impact in the health of your company one wellness clinic at a time!

HOW WE DIFFER

Unlike traditional employee wellness programs, we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to your health.

Instead, we tailor our education, advice and recommendations to each individual’s needs and wants.

Not only does this put the control back in their hands, but it gets them the results they desire- in the most natural and holistic way possible.

Our programs include:

• A trained, professional, and holistic-based nurse

• Customized health screening and education appointments for each employee

• Optional testing modalities include: vital signs, cholesterol panel (including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides), blood glucose, body metrics (weight, water content, fat mass, muscle mass, BMR, metabolic age, etc.), waist circumference, circle of life wheel, cardiovascular risk score and depression screening

• A full results analysis, provided to each employee (via printed format) and thoroughly explained to them

• Educational materials and resources for each employee (based on their needs/wants)

• Outside referrals to appropriate professionals based on employee requirements (if needed). Ranging from holistic practitioners (like Naturopath, Chiropractor, Massage, Acupuncture, etc) to western practitioners (like MD’s).

• 10% discount on high-quality practitioner-level natural supplements for employees

• The option to add on a catered, healthy and delicious meal by Guilt Free Eats (an Edmonton & area food truck, serving 100% plant-based, 100% gluten-free and all healthy food items) *Available from mid-April to the end of September. Also non-discriminatory.

We offer on-location testing and education appointments across Alberta for companies of any size.

Our appointments include a variety of wellness tools that help us assess the overall health of each employee, and allow us to make personalized recommendations to them based on their needs.
